Gambas al Ajillo–Spanish Style Garlic Shrimp
The most popular tapas in Spain.  The hot tang of garlic and red pepper flake, infused in olive oil and butter, makes for a luscious and satisfying dish along with crusty bread to mop up this magnificently flavored oil.

Orange Fennel Salad
Segmented orange sections with thinly sliced, fresh fennel tossed with a red wine vinaigrette and fresh mint, served over arugula.

Roasted Cauliflower Steaks with Romesco Sauce
Thick cauliflower slices roasted and served with this rich Spanish sauce of charred tomatoes, roasted red pepper, almonds and bread.

A dense, moist, “three milks” cake topped with a cloud of vanilla whipped cream.
