Segmented orange sections with thinly sliced, fresh fennel tossed with a red wine vinaigrette and fresh mint, served over arugula.
Roasted Cauliflower Steaks with Romesco Sauce
Thick cauliflower slices roasted and served with this rich Spanish sauce of charred tomatoes, roasted red pepper, almonds and bread.

Tres Leches Cake
A dense, moist, “three milks” cake topped with a cloud of vanilla whipped cream.
