The health and safety of museum visitors and class attendees is our highest priority. To help flatten the curve and slow the spread of contagion, the Ohio Craft Museum is closed to the public as of Sunday, March 15. Our opening date is TBA. Youth & Family Classes

The Ohio Craft Museum offers a variety of educational programming for children, teens and families, such as Hand-in-Hand family workshops, summer art camps, teen workshops, holiday gift-making workshops, fall break mini-camps and more. Lets Play Sculptionary!
At summer camp each year I make lots of playdough. As a lunchtime activity we use it to play Sculptionary! Making play dough is simple and fun! Check Pinterest for lots of different recipes, depending on what ingredients you have on hand. Click Here for a recipe!
We play Sculptionary by giving each child a small piece of playdough. One person holds up flash cards with words of objects to sculpt like, toothbrush, flower, hat, etc. Another person, who doesn’t know the word on the flash card, tries to guess. Of course this version involves a lot of people, at home with less people you’ll have to be creative in playing this game. Maybe you play the game remotely with family or friends. Be creative and have fun! Send me photos of things you sculpt or other arts and crafts you’re doing from home and we’ll share them on Instagram and Facebook to inspire others!
